I have put up this page to help everyone to gain more knowledge (and alternative options) and primarily end the pandemic the sooner the better...

The options below are for mild cases only especially home quarantine, if you have trouble breathing, then you need hospital care.

Primary Solution

  • Prevention (from covid) is the key, follow minimum health standards plus spray (with alcohol) all door knobs, handles and locks
  • Vaccination - Immunity from covid
  • Maintain strong immunity, vaccine will allow our immunity to build antibodies (that can last 6 months and not all variants), but having strong immunity will provide greater chance of survival (and against other variants)...

Secondary Solution

  • Boost Immunity - if the body is under attack, the virus will deplete the body resources such as zinc which cause zinc deficiency (one effect is loss of smell and taste)
  • Manage Stress - a stressed body will decrease food/supplements absorption, decrease ability to fight pathogens

Health and Safety Protocols

  • Wear a mask
  • Wear a face shield
  • Sanitize your hands (and other surfaces)
  • Boost your immunity
  • Practice social distancing
  • Stay at home


  • Vitamin C - anti-viral, cleans deposits/blockage inside blood vessels, improves blood pressure
  • Vitamin D or D3 - reduce viral infections, improves body physical/internal barriers
  • Vitamin A - production of antibodies, increase immune response
  • Zinc Picolinate - cell structure protection/repair, maintenance of smell and taste, reduce cytokine storm
  • Selenium - production of antibodies
  • Melatonin - cell structure protection/repair, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulator
